Why would you want to improve staff wellbeing in the workplace? Richard Branson is used as a positive example in this video and recently he has come in for criticism. Whatever your views of him as a person or his tax position, he has built and employed tens of thousands of people. He has built a reputation for treating his staff well and that is the part we are using as an example of good practice.
