Enter your text here...Over several decades as an Administrator in public school settings, I've been asked to survey the climate and culture of the school settings and the working environment. These surveys where often time consuming, with redundant questioning that frustrated the faculty and staff. As a result, those who participated would rush through the process, giving very little thought and attention to the questions. The results often took months to receive and offered very little in terms of corrective actions.
Welbee's survey was different. The survey takes into consideration the limited time of the participants given their busy daily schedules. It respects the participants intelligence by eliminating the redundancy in the typical survey questions. The survey has a strong focus on what really matters to the professionals in the building.
Most importantly, the survey results are non-judgemental. Rather, the survey results provide practical, evidence-based best practices that can be implemented school-wide quickly and with little disruption to the school's academic responsibilities. Additionally, the results are provided in a timely manner so that change can be immediate.
In short, Welbee offers a set of proven resources for success rather than a litney of identified weaknesses with little guidance to affect change.
